💰 Refund Policy


At Studio 5, our goal is to provide high-quality beauty services and exceptional customer care. We value your satisfaction, and we strive to address any concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

 

1. Services

Due to the nature of personal care services, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service or treatment, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

 

We may offer:

  • A complimentary correction (at the discretion of management), or A partial service credit for future use (not guaranteed).

  • All corrections must be performed by the original technician unless otherwise approved by management.

 

2. Products

We accept returns or exchanges on retail products (e.g., hair care, skin products, cosmetics) only if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return is made within 14 days of purchase

  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

 

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

 

3. Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced

  • Expiry dates will be honoured as stated on the card or receipt

 

4. Deposits & Cancellations

Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking, especially for longer or specialty appointments. 

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations of less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel with sufficient notice, your deposit may be credited toward a future appointment
