Services provided by Studio 5 are for cosmetic and beauty purposes only. Massage services provided by us are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional treatment, results may vary by individual. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Health Conditions:
Clients must inform their service provider of any known medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. Studio 5m is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed conditions or product sensitivities.

Scope of Practice:
Our licensed massage therapists do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or perform spinal or skeletal adjustments. If you have a specific medical concern, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

Liability Waiver:
By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with massage and cosmetic treatments and release Studio 5, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages arising from services rendered.

Consent to Treat:
By receiving massage services, you consent to appropriate and professional touch in accordance with the techniques required for your treatment. You have the right to decline or stop treatment at any time.

Minors:
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent prior to receiving services. Some services may not be available to minors or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Refunds & Results:
We do not guarantee specific results and do not offer refunds for services performed. Any concerns must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your appointment. Please see our returns and refunds policy for more information.

Appointments & Cancellations:
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations as per our salon policy. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.

Welcome to Studio 5. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Bookings​

All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or in person.

A confirmation message will be sent via SMS/email. Please respond to confirm.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment if necessary.​

2. Cancellations & No-Shows​

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a e.g. 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
​
3. Late Arrivals​

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Late arrivals may still be charged the full service fee.

4. Pricing & Payments​

All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, bank transfers or online payments through the website.

5. Patch Tests & Medical Conditions​

Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before certain treatments such as tinting, lash lifting for new clients and must be repeated every six months.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.

6. Children & Pets​

For safety and comfort, children must be supervised at all times.

Pets are not permitted in the salon, except for service animals.

7. Gift Vouchers​

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

8. Personal Belongings​

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

9. Right to Refuse Service​

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour.

10. Privacy Policy​

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions​

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or available at the salon.
